JOB DESCRIPTION

You will be the ambassador of the image of our hotel by providing a personalized welcome to our customers

You will welcome the customers by respecting the standards of the Hotel

You will guide customers while anticipating their needs

You will ensure the reception of the customers and will inform them during all the duration of their stay

You will value the different services of the hotel to optimize the sales

You will need to know the tastes and habits of regular customers and retain the new clientele

You will have to do the administrative follow-up of the service

You will prepare the invoices and collect the receipts

 

REQUIRED PROFILE

  • Experience required in a similar institution
  • BTS Hospitality or desired equivalent or university training
  • English required. A 3rd language would be a plus
  • Mastery of office tools

 

REQUIRED QUALITIES

  • Good diction
  • Good team spirit
  • Excellent presentation
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Responsive with a sense of priorities in the face of constraints encountered
